Crocheted Blanket

This was a lengthy, but fun, project using granny squares made with a size I/9 crochet hook. The nice part was that I could complete a square fairly quickly, which was good for the ADD in me. Putting the whole thing together was a little tedious, but once I decided to crochet the pieces together rather than sew them, it was much more enjoyable. This was the first project where I made my own adaptations rather than following the recipe verbatim, which made me feel all independent and creative-like. I used Vanna White's yarn, which I think is a worsted weight.

This is a labor of love. Kudos to you for knitting outside the box.
